The hotel is conveniently located near my daughter's college and amidst shopping areas and restaurants, making it a great place for a stay. On the downside, being a non-smoker, the constant presence of smokers at the front entrance was off-putting. The room had a stale smell of cigarettes and a noisy kid who made mornings less peaceful.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, very welcoming, and comfortable, although missing a refrigerator. I had decent privacy from most sounds, except for noise from the hallway and morning activities were easily heard, like the cleaning personnel chatting. The service was top-notch, with immediate problem resolution and a lovely hot breakfast offered with a variety of choices. Al at the check-in desk went the extra mile to make my stay fantastic. The location was convenient, especially for birding at Bombay Hook and being near Dover Downs, but the lock on the door needed replacing. The dining options were average, with a need for improvement in the breakfast offerings. Even though there were some shortcomings, the hotel provided good value for the price paid.
